AVOID!!! selling a house is the easy bit, it's the case progression to push a property through to completion that's the important part! Was lied to from the beginning was told 2 people in the chain when in fact there were 3. Despite asking for regular updates and being fobbed off with 'everything is ticking along nicely', TEN weeks later turns out our buyer hadn't even paid for local searches and a solicitor was only just allocated, what's even more of a joke is that they were using Dixons in house solicitors! Turns out the estate agents didn't even know our buyer needed to have local searches.... Lost my onward purchase due to the lack of case progression, lack of experience and lies about the chain!!! AVOID GO ELSEHWERE CANT BE TRUSTED SHANEEN AND KORRON WILL LIE TO YOU! Don't pay the excessive fees you won't get value for money, this office seems to have gone down since Dale left!NegativeQuality

We dealt with multiple agents from this office, who never failed to disappoint. The service was one of the best we’ve ever received in rental and sales markets and reflects exactly what I would expect from an estate agent: respect, helpfulness and proactivity. After months of searches for a specific type of property in these difficult covid times, we have been in contact with possibly all the agencies in the city, and whilst most of them didn’t work in the interest of us potential clients, often not even bothering to call you back, our Dixon’s agent Korron not only didn’t give up on us, but she also kept checking up on us weekly and forwarding us potential properties, always with a positive attitude. We also had the pleasure to deal with the branch manager Dale, who contacted us at times where most agents don’t work and went the extra mile to help us with a last minute query, that most agents wouldn’t have bothered with. Unfortunately we haven’t found a property of our liking within our budget with them, but we greatly appreciate the service they provided which we found to be unmatched and deserved official recognition.

I recently bought my first property and worked with broker Rikki who was brilliant from start to finish. The communication was always great and prompt. From the first time we met to the day I got my keys we was in constant contact and I was never left waiting or wondering on queries or questions I had and he really went beyond to make sure I got my move, I would highly recommend to anyone to use him as their broker as he made a potential stressful experience as stress free as possible.

Communication is abysmal and the attitude by Michael at this branch has been so poor I feel like I've been age discriminated because I'm only 22 buying a property on my own I feel like I've been miss sold a property I'm buying and I was told by several people to stay away and I didn't I wish I took their advise safe to say I will not be using ever agaim and wish to inform as many people as possible about this shambles of a branch.
