Despite me opting to no longer sell my property. The team at Oakheart were incredibly helpful and were in regular contact with me. They answered all questions and queries I had. I highly recommend them, a very active and ambitious team. Even when I informed them I no longer wanted to sell, they still made sure there was nothing else they could assist me with and they will remain a contact for me in the long term !!!

When deciding who to put our property up with it was really between Oakheart and another high street chain. We decided to go with Oakheart because we really wanted to support a local business. It was absolutely the right decision and from start to finish they have been brilliant. Our house sold in just over 2 weeks and they are so committed to providing such good service. First time buyer buying a house with Oakheart Property and they were fantastic! 👍 Very professional from the off and always kept me up to date with Kelly Doherty the Branch Manager in Ipswich being an absolute star 😊 They even did a lovely photo and interview after I got my keys to remember the special occasion 😊 Would highly recommend Oakheart Property 👍

GoogleWe were looking for a property to rent on Mersea and the estate agent in the office seemed to be very helpful offering to show us a property on the High Street. When we saw it we felt it was suitable for us so we requested to rent it but we were told we needed to wait 4 days for the landlord to decide if he was happy to rent to us. We waited over 1 and a half weeks before we phoned them again after not hearing anything. They still had no news. Then three further days later they called to say we were not the type of people that the landlord wanted to rent to as we had small children and a dog. This criteria should have been defined at the beginning and we should not have been offered the property. This turned out to be a complete waste of our time and we are very disappointed with this estate agents. We do not recommend the leasing element of this branch.

They kept me up to date throughout the sale and assisted with all the frustrations that come with buying or selling a property. From day one when the valuation was completed to this last week getting to exchange and completion, Oakheart have been highly professional. If you’re looking to sell a property then this Estate Agent should be your go to.

Can’t thank oakheart enough for getting our house sold. When we decided to sell with oakheart the process was quick, easy and as stress free as possible, the pictures were brilliant and communication was fantastic throughout, the online portal with both ours and our buyers progress is a massive bonus! At one point the sale fell through but it was resold within the week. I honestly can’t recommend enough!!!
