I don’t have any business with Oakheart at the moment, however after the wonderful helpful advice Richard gave me, I will be very tempted to use them in the future! Richard was clear, knowledgeable and kind as his advice on this occasion was free. What a lovely experience and a credit to Oakheart!

Kelly and the team went absolutely above and beyond - stratospheric - to help me as a first time buyer. Couldn't be happer, and couldn't recommend Oakheart more.Communication was always frequent, friendly, professional and informative. I was always kept up to date at every step, and the team was always on the other end of the phone if I ever needed anything.Kelly was a gigantic, colossal help. She was constantly relaying information between the seller, myself, our solicitors, and the building to push the purchase through - even when things got stressful and complicated. Virtually carried me through.This is the first time I've reviewed a business, and I've really wanted to convey my absolute appreciation for everything Oakheart have done for me over the last few months. My only regret is not posting a 5 star review sooner, because they more than deserve the recognition.Huge thank you to Kelly, Verity and the team.

Oakheart Estate Agents have provided a professional service and interfaced well between my Wife and I as purchasers and the sellers of the property, marketed by Oakheart EA. I particularly like the way the conventional Estate Agent role (George Dunn in our case) transitioned to the Sales Progresser role (Annalise Wright). Both George and Annalise were professional and reliable in doing what they said they would do. My Wife and I have not completed yet, thus if the good service continues up to and including completion, I would be then happy to convert the 4 star rating into a 5 star rating.

Oakheart Ipswich have been nothing short of excellent! We negotiated a fixed fee before instruction which was very competitive. Kelly and the team have been fantastic, friendly and professional at every stage, from getting our house on the market and sold within a week, then keeping us informed as things progressed, chasing things up for us (which there was quite a lot of!). Even when we had a last minute issue requiring a survey, Kelly was on it, managed to find us a surveyor who could come out the same day! I cannot recommend Oakheart enough, they are great!

Oakheart are excellent! I became an accidental landlord & they helped me through every step of the way, getting my property let in a super short time despite Xmas & the New Year getting in the way. Charlie is my primary contract, providing a consistent personal service with a great team as backup. Oakheart managed to effectively balance being a local letting agency, with all that provides, alongside an effective organisation - the best of both worlds!!!!

As a property investor who has delt with many estate agents, I can contest that Oakheart are one of, if not the best estate agents I have come across. The property itself was a relatively easy sale and I believe any good estate agent could have achieved a sale. However .. the difference with Oakheart was in their outstanding level of enthusiasm and sales progression (thank you Annalise) which was exemplary. I put this down to having a young dynamic but experienced team (it shows if you visit the office) along with a good procedural and sales progression systems. Not once did I fail to reach Oakheart either by email or phone. In addition the online sales progression tool was a great self service way to understand where both myself and the buyer were in the process. Very impressed with all.

Craig done an amazing job at selling our flat couldn't fault in anyway.. he was very professional dealing with our sale and I'm mega chuffed with how much he sold our flat for. Amazing at negotiating and we're super happy. Thanks Craig!Annaliese an angel in disguise! She has been absolutely amazing in this whole process, from ringing daily to keeping me updated on our sale process, to dealing with our solicitors from both parties and another estate agents.. to answering my messages at stupid o'clock at night! If I could give you a huge bonus I really would. You're credit to the company 👏 and they are lucky to have you. Even another estate agent sang your praises and told me to write a really good review for you. The best estate agents I have used so far. They are so efficient and professional. House went on the market, 10 viewings booked within a few days and the house was under offer in less than a week. Their communication is great and I found all the staff so friendly and personable. Craig especially has been brilliant. Very polite and knowledgeable. I was very nervous having not sold a house before and he really helped me through this. I got a great deal and was extremely happy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Well… Where do I start?I had my house on the market for two months with another agency in that time I had over 15 viewings however no offers..This particular agency pushed me and ultimately didn’t deliver. I have a good friend who works for Oakheart and one day we got talking, admittedly at the time I had never heard of them as they are a relatively new estate agent. I met with Daryl who I believe is one of Oakheart‘s directors, he came to my house and agreed with the same valuation that the last estate agent had also I then decided to take the leap to also bring on Oakheart. This was the best decision that I made and I couldn’t be happier to have taken the leap of faith, oakheart booked in over 20 viewings within the first eight days and also received five offers within the first week, comparing that to the other estate agent I was blown away, but just so happy. I believe Charlie was the actual agent who sold my house and he didn’t just accept the first offer he pushed the client as high as he thought they would go on as close to our sale price. Both Daryl and Charlie were informative professional and made both my partner and I feel extremely comfy. Once the house was sold the stress really does begin and in my case the stress has been never ending (all down to Soliciter’s) this is where having a sales progression team is so important when selecting an estate agent. The sales progression team at Oakheart have honestly been amazing and Annalise has been a god send this past 7 months, she has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She has constantly gone above and beyond in order to help and support me, I have probably spoken to her more times in the past seven months than my own family… she has constantly put my mind at ease and helped even by chasing parties that she has no connection to in order to get the case done and to exchange. I cannot thank Annalise, Darell and Charlie enough along with the rest of the team at Oakheart.THANK YOU

UNREAL AGENTSSold our house OFF market and OVER the price we were going to list the next day but due to Craig’s unbelievable work ethic of calling every single buyer he has registered with him and actually taking the time to know what his buyers are looking for to find someone that was perfect for our home!!Unbelievable doesn’t cover it… here’s our review of oakheart start to finish,We love the idea of a caring agent and loved Oakheart’s marketing, the whole tree planting thing they do, it’s just admirable so we contacted Charlie when they first opened about selling and he came straight out did photos, contract, etc but after only a few days and around 20 viewers which we were very impressed with, we ended up pulling off the market as covid at that time was getting very bad and I was heavily pregnant and a high risk pregnancy meaning I was susceptible to catch things easy. Charlie and his team were nothing but supportive and lovely and thanked us for using them advising they were here any time we needed anything at all. They didn’t push us once which we liked as cannot stand a pushy agentA year later, we then saw the market has gotten bouyant & our baby was born, thriving and older so we contacted Charlie again and advised him we are ready to market and our broker had our AIP ready. Charlie kindly discussed all with me that evening (out of working hours) asking what I’m looking for to also help with my onwards search. He booked in the professional photographer the next day. He also advised me that same night he was going to speak with his team to go through buyers as they aren’t agents who just leave rightmove to selling .. which we loved. We had heard this statement in the past from other agents but none actually ever came to light or worked as hard as Oakheart’s Craig to find us our buyer. A hour later that evening Craig rings me, hi Kim I have a viewer are they able to come over before we put you on Rightmove. Wow absolute dream. Of course I didn’t say no. The next morning Craig calls me again with several other viewers, we booked all viewers in for a couple of hour slot that day and had a few offers transpire but one in particular who was a great position that worked for us. We then went straight on to rightmove AS SOLD YAY. Oakheart got offer agreed letters drawn up immediately and worked seamlessly to find us a home! We viewed several beautiful homes through them, the viewing agent Verity was wonderful and kind calling us with anything she knew of coming available before it hit the market exactly as they did for our buyers and other interested parties(So great to see an agent actually work to do this not leave it all to rightmove) Once we found a home and tied the chain up we were introduced to Annalise who progressed our sale smoothly from start to finish! We have now exchanged and are moving shortly! May I just add the timescale is looking at 4 months currently and not only did we sell for higher and quicker than anticipated our sale went through in 5.5 weeks due to constant chases!We are over the moon with them allWhat a wonderful, kind, honest and absolutely seemless team and transactionOut of this world serviceThankyou allKim & steve b x

A proactive, dynamic team. Extremely professional and totally on the ball. My property had been on the market for some considerable time with another agent, who once instructed, went on the missing list. Total joke. Then Dan from Oakheart contacted me and woohoo, off we went. I got an offer within days. Property is now sold thanks to Dan and his team. First class service. Highly recommend. I wouldn’t use another agent, ever, whether buying, selling or renting. Use Oakheart. You won’t regret it.

Honestly couldn’t recommend Oakheart enough, every step of the way they have been incredible. Annalise is amazing..so supportive and professional - absolutely nothing was too much hassle or effort and we are so thankful for her relentless chasing of other agents. Fantastic contact and communication really highlighted by a brief interaction with another (rude!) agents further down the chain..Complete opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of service, Oakheart a total cut above the rest. Although I hope I never have to move again, I’d without a doubt choose Oakheart every time.

I’m so glad I used Oakheart to recently sell my house. I did previously have it on the market with another agent and didn’t receive a single offer in 12 weeks. Decided to try Oakheart and they sold my house within 2 weeks. Sammy was amazing, always in contact letting me know was happening. The agent I was buying from was so awful, the difference between them and Oakheart was night and day. Sammy relentlessly chased and followed up with agents and solicitors to get to completion. Would 100% recommend Oakheart. I just wish all agents were like them.

We’re still in the process of selling our home, but Oakheart have been amazing and really gone above and beyond for us. The whole team have been great especially Darren and Kelly, but special thanks go to Sammy who has given us so much help in navigating a really tricky process. Sammy has gone out of her way to overcome problems and has been able to move things forward when no one else in the chain has. We feel so much better knowing we have her help to get our sale through.

From day 1 of putting our offer in Oakheart have been great. A special mention to Sammy who was amazing at chasing everyone and ensuring we were always updated. We really felt that Sammy went above and beyond to get our purchase through and we felt we had her undivided attention. Without Sammy I don't think the sale would have gone through, and I definitely would have pulled my hair out if Sammy didn't reassure me everytime we had a setback. Overall very happy with Oakheart and would definitely use them if we were to ever sell our house in the distant future :)
