GoogleWe’re buying our first home and have dealt with Home throughout the process. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been incredibly informative, proactive, and really reassuring at every stage. In particular, we’d like to mention James, Ellie, Helen, and Megan, they’ve all been fantastic and have made what can be a daunting process feel much more manageable.

GoogleHome Estate Agents have been working with me for the past 2 months and their conduct has been exceptional. Reactive, friendly and honest. Have used them to sell my home and I am also purchasing a property from them. Would highly recommend. Particular thanks to Amy, Meg and Ricki, you've been great!

Google1st Class recent experience selling with Home Estate Agents. Ricki and his team have been brilliant with special mentions to Amy and Megan. Breath of fresh air in comparison to other Estate Agents used in the past. These guys simply deliver as promised, great communication and a pleasure to deal with!

GoogleWe recently bought a property through Home and the service was absolutely fantastic. Home provides a personal touch that I haven’t experienced elsewhere; they were happy to talk us through all of our questions and were always available for our many follow up visits and conversations, even though we asked more than the average buyer. I even had multiple interactions around West Kirby with members of the team who really seemed to care how things were going and if they could be of any assistance. I could not recommend Home any more highly, we had a really wonderful experience with them. The conveyancers they recommended were also absolutely top notch. If I’m ever listing a property for sale, I know who I’ll be going to!! :)

Google5* first class service. Would highly recommend. I dealt with Jonathan who went above and beyond to help me in valuing my home & providing a rental value. He was a credit to the business and I will ensure I use Home when it comes to selling.

TrustpilotBig thanks to Mike
I want to thank Mike for being so professional and doing such a great job getting viewings booked for my property and using his people skills to gain interest and negotiate offers leading to a successful sale. My previous agents weren't getting many viewings and Mike came along and saved the day. Moving is stressful enough as it is but he made the experience far easier by taking the pressure off me. Home are a new estate agent who will go on to great success and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

TrustpilotFantastic service from Home Wirral
We have just sold our house through Home Estate Agents Wirral and can’t recommend them enough. Their marketing of our property was excellent and Mike, Ricki and Amy were at all times helpful, professional and efficient, going the extra mile to guide us through the whole process, including some difficult negotiations. Their support was invaluable and we would not hesitate to recommend Home Wirral to anyone looking to sell their home.

FacebookI would wholeheartedly recommend Home to anyone considering selling their home. After a not so great service from another agency, we were keen to get the pricing and marketing right. Home did not disappoint. Professional photos, an impactful Rightmove listing and a price that secured interest in a challenging market. The most important point and where Home really earn their fee is the sale progression. Amy did a fantastic job of getting progress from 3 solicitors. Communication throughout, from Mike and Team, was great. They really care about getting you a good sale. Overall a fantastic service. Thoroughly recommend Home.
Thank you very much for your kind words Steve, it means a hell of a lot to us!! 🫶🏼 As an entire team we all do our very best to ensure that our vendors are looked after and that we achieve the best possible result for you. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and to sell your lovely home. All the very best in your new home! 😊🏡

GoogleGreat estate agents, very knowledgeable and professional. Mike and Ricky are upfront and clearly have a massive amount of experience in the business. They run a very smooth operation that ensures a quick sale and get you the price you want. Whilst based in West Kirby they cover the whole of the Wirral. One of the key elements of their company is to keep you informed with regular updates and progress reports. They make what can often be a frustrating long-winded affair into a very slick uncomplicated process. Totally recommended.
Absolute please Barry! You had a lovely property to sell and I'm sure the new owners are very happy there now. Thank you very much for the opportunity.

GoogleThe home team offered an excellent service from start to finish, we could not fault them. Jonathan from the sales team was very informative giving us lots of information about properties that they had sold in our area, giving us an expected sale price which we were more than happy with. The service we recieved from all home staff involved with our sale was exceptional, with our home being taken off the market in less than 4 weeks. Carl & Lauren
