Nothing was ever to much trouble during our sale. This made our experience so much better and less stressful knowing that Megan was ahead of the game on every step of the sale process. I’ve had an amazing experience with home estate agents when looking for my next property. Jonty was fantastic when viewing properties, he was so knowledge about the properties and was able to find out answers quickly and professionally. Although I didn’t end up buying a property with Home, I couldn’t recommend the West Kirby office enough, especially Jonty and Ellie who were approachable, accommodating and were able to fit viewings in to suit me ☺️

Completed my sale with home estate agents 3 weeks ago. Absolutely amazing team. From the start there was no pressure no hard selling and realistic pricing. I was listened to and all my requests were adhered too. Worked with Helen Cheung who consistently kept me updated with progress and chasing my solicitor to ensure we completed on time. She worked with myself as well as my buyer with all correspondence. From start to finish it was seamless. Dreadful. I feel like I have been completely played against other buyers. Information was not passed on to the vendor and office staff were rude and unhelpful - went as far as deliberately ignoring calls and not picking up the phone. I will be actively avoiding any properties who list with this company. I highly recommend Phil at Market Street Homes as an alternative - very professional and easy to work with.

The difference between Home Estate Agents and the so-called big name estate agents on the Wirral is absolutely night and day. Mike, Ricki, and Amy were as invested as we were in selling our parents' property. They seemed as invested as we were in getting it sold. Contrast that to what was often indifference from previous estate agents we had gone with. Home had a strategy for marketing the house and within a month we had an offer. Those other estate agents look like they were doing amateur hour in comparison. A good estate agent will work to sell a property -- and this is what Home did. Home were also always easy to contact and kept us in the loop all the way to closing day. Quite simply anyone looking to buy or sell a house on the Wirral should start with Home!

I cannot thank Mike and Ricki enough for all their help in selling my property. Having never gone through the process before, nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to explain everything to me (even with what I thought were stupid questions!) They used a professional photographer to ensure that the house was marketed well and were in regular communication regarding updates and changes. I really appreciated their open door approach, their office is so warm and welcoming and they were both very kind and understanding when I explained my circumstances around having to sell. Home Wirral - Exceptional Service …

I cannot praise Home Wirral highly enough. We were impressed by their innovative marketing which started with an initial external photo of our property "coming to the market soon" as we were not quite ready to go live with the property. This meant that when we had our 2 open days at the end of July we had in excess of 10 viewings which led to an accepted offer and solicitor instructed by 01 August with a moving date of 29 September! Their personal service, market knowledge and professionalism are second to none. They kept us up to date at all times and proactively managed the process throughout which gave us a pain-free experience. They are also great people to deal with. Highly recommended!
