GoogleWe decided to put our property up with home 3 weeks, and from the very beginning had a brilliant experience. Mike was fab at getting everything sorted and quickly got the property live with professional photos organised efficiently. We then had lots of viewings and the team was so good at chasing viewings for feedbacks and letting us know. Claudia has been fab and is so on the ball getting feedback and was fab in securing a really good offer. Thank you so much

GoogleHad a fantastic experience with this relatively new estate agents. As other estate agents overprice then want to reduce 6 weeks later or under value. These were on the spot with pricing. A big thankyou to Rebecca who kept us upto date with viewings and feedback she was friendly and professional real asset to the company. Meg who kept us informed all the way with sale progression. House was completed fairly quickly . Highly recommended!

The Home team made us feel great right from the start with their warmth, friendly approach and professionalism. They listened to our needs and gave good advice - the property viewers were genuine and well briefed and the property went on the market on saturday and we had an offer in by monday!! GoogleTo Amy, Ricky, Claudia and the team at Home. Thank you for restoring my faith in the professionalism and passion of the estate agency industry on the Wirral. Too often in the past I've been left disappointed with the lack luster and complacent approach of the so called "big" agents that form the Wirral estate agency cabal (you, and more importantly they, know who there are!) From the outset, Home's recalibrated approach to selling homes from the moment I saw their website and arranged a meeting with Ricki, who was honest, open and refreshingly as far removed from a second hand car salesman as you can imagine. The creativity they put into their listings marks them head and shoulders above the competition. They have truly grasped the approach to marketing homes within the digital era. On their more expansive listings, their overall package including drone photography is nothing short of stunning. From the moment you agree terms and listing particulars, that's when the gold edged service really kicks in. Amy was an absolute god send and was completely invested in how vital it was for me to dispose of my property, She really fought my corner and I loved the way she was more than happy to provide would-be purchasers with an occasionally much needed but polite reality check! No mistake about it, the guys at Home work for YOU the vendor and place YOUR interests first. That said, they'll always be approachable, accommodating and engaging to any prospective purchaser. If you take only one thing from this review, is that it pays to do your due diligence and test the market and seek our the differentiators. Don't just engage the so-called big names due to their (largely unsubstantiated) reputations. Don't forget, these days, it's largely immaterial as to where the estate agents are based in proximity to the property you're selling. What is undeniable, is that it's what the agents are prepared to invest into you and your property in order to justify their fee which is completely key. Home selling starts at HOME!

Google5 Star service from start to finish! Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly staff - always available to take your call and answer any questions (of which there were numerous!) House was put on the market using high-quality photos and was sold very quickly. Couldn’t find fault with anything and would highly recommend.

GoogleI was really impressed with the customer service at Home estate agents. Ricky was great from the very beginning and really honest with my valuation. I also had a lot of feedback throughout the process of selling my property from the whole team at Home, with a special mention to Amy. Most of all, I was impressed with their professionalism and active presence on social media which I think this was a major help in selling my first house! Have recommended to many friends and family.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy or sell to go through Home. We got our house valued last year by multiple estate agents and were harassed multiple times a day for weeks even when we made the decision not to sell we got some very negative comments from other estate agents. Mike came from Home estate agents and explained what they are about and how they work and we were sold immediately by their services. There was absolutely no pressure and whilst professional it was a very friendly and easy going experience. Even when we decided not to sell Mike was understanding as it wasn’t the time for us. We decided to put our house up for sale through home this month and within 2 days we had the pictures taken and it was on rightmove. In less than 24 hours we had 2 viewings booked and got 2 offers one above asking price. The whole team have been informative, friendly and sent us properties we may be interested in. The whole team are knowledgeable and know exactly at what point your house is up to and can provide updates immediately even if they haven’t had any contact with us directly. This has been such a positive experience and if you’re considering selling your property I would tell you to go nowhere else other than through Home, it was our best decision and we couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve heard of nightmare situations with estate agents and I can say with confidence that the team are passionate about what they do and are personable they genuinely want you to have the best experience which we have definitely had! GoogleWe actually moved over to Home Estate Agent from another agent after viewing a house with them and being blown away by the customer service and approach to selling houses. Mike was very personable and happy to answer all our questions in regards to the current market which we felt was lacking previously. This put us in the right frame of mind in terms of our expectations. Throughout the process all of the staff have been very professional and knowledgeable but also friendly in their approach. Claudia had gone above and beyond when arranging viewings and keeping us up to date with feedback and information. We would 100% sell through Home again.

GoogleRecently approached Home Estate Agents after recommendation from a friend. I had two houses to sell and needed to act fast. I couldn’t fault the fast acting and proactive approach from my very first contact. Ricky was very thorough and knowledgable in regards to the accuracy of valuing both properties. This then got us buyers for both properties within 48 hours of marketing. The professional photos were amazing and unlike any other marketing brochures we have seen. The whole team were fantastic and put us at ease from the very start of this process and made us feel like selling our home was their main priority. Special thanks to Amy whose communication is second to none and is always at the end of the phone to answer any question, no matter how small they seem. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting sell on the Wirral.

GoogleWe have recently just bought our first property and could not recommend Home Estate Agents anymore. The communication was outstanding from the team and we were always kept up to date with any updates or changes throughout the process. Mike and the team would go above and beyond for us & were always available for any questions or requests we had about the property. We had a lot of short notice viewing requests throughout the process and the team were always very accommodating. A special mention to Amy who was fantastic at the end when we had issues at the last hurdle with a survey she was incredible with the communication between ourselves, the solicitors involved and the buyer.

It was a long sale with lots of twists and turns along the way, but Mike and his team did a great job keeping the sale on course and ensuring all parties were kept up to date at each stage of the journey. We also must mention that Mike went above and beyond to help at the end of the sale when unforeseen issues occurred between Exchange and Completion. The sale completed successfully and we are very grateful to Mike and his team who helped make this happen.

GoogleMy partner and I are currently selling through Home and we couldn’t be more impressed. The valuation and marketing process through Mike and Ricki was extremely smooth and the house looked brilliant after the pro pictures had been done! Plenty of viewings were booked in even though we were outside of their ‘core patch’ in their own words which was also very impressive! We had two other agents out who were far less informative and not knowing the current mortgage news was a big red flag for us! Dealing with Amy since the property has been sale agreed has also been a breathe of fresh air. Frequent updates and a friendly manner are crucial in this game and that’s exactly what Amy has delivered! Can’t wait for our house to go through after all your hard work guys! Thank you!

GoogleWould highly recommend home estate agents. Our property was valued, photos done and on the market within a week. Mike who I spoke to initially was very kind and helpful from the off. The property sold very quickly from which point Amy was our point of contact, who again was lovely 😊 Amy kept in touch throughout and gave us honest advice when we had two buyers on the table. DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT!! Absolutely useless for property sellers. I phoned this joke of a company regarding two properties they had for sale; Montgomery Hill in Frankby & Black Horse Hill. They took over two weeks to arrange a viewing on the first one & it has now been three (3) weeks since I asked to view Black Horse Hill (West Kirby) & they have never been back in touch with me. Shockingly poor levels of customer service. Are your vendors in Black Horse Hill aware that someone has been trying for three (3) weeks to view their property? If you want to sell your home, do yourself a favour & give the listing to a competent Estate Agent & not these clowns. I have only given them one star as TrustPilot wouldn’t let me give them zero stars.

GoogleHome Estates was recommended by our mortgage broker. I tried other estate agents first and was not impressed with their models of working. On first meeting Mike I was blown away by how at ease he made me feel. He was professional from the start and kept us updated every step of the way without constantly hounding us. I can’t recommend Home Estates enough for the fantastic service they provided. Selling our house within two days of it being on the market sealed the deal for me. Don’t hesitate - pick Home Estates!

In general I am not a fan of estate agents after dealing with many of them through the years BUT I was so impressed with Mike that I had no hesitation in selling a second property through him as well. He listens to you, gives solid advice and finds buyers fast. Our buyers also made a point of saying our estate agents had been very good. Mike was also instrumental in sorting out the total mess that more than one solicitor had made out of our simple property sale, we ended up exchanging 3 months late because of their oversight. Mike kept everyone accurately informed and held the sale together.
