GoogleI can honestly say that these are one of the best letting agents I’ve dealt with. Aided massively by the service Mia Harris brings! She was amazing throughout the whole moving in process. After a horrible experience at our previous flat she was their to reassure and guide us on our new place and we couldn’t be happier! GoogleHaving been let down by another Agency in the local vicinity, I made a post on my Instagram page asking to be recommended to a professional, and diligent estate agent. When more than one person insisted I reach out to Mia Harris, I did not hesitate. Thankfully, she did not let me down and secured a great tenant for me at my flat in a short period of time. Living on the other side of the world, I am not the easiest of customers to deal with. She was available at all times, and courteous and responsive throughout. GoogleI had a appointment for a viewing at 12 pm on a Saturday morning. so when i arrived at the property at 12 i rang the agent to find out where she was. then and there she said shes going to be a hour late, and for me to go get a coffee. She expected to wait in the rain for a hour. Mia you are a class act. WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. They didn't think to give me a heads up or a call say they was going to be late but rather have me make my way across London and wait in the rain. Bunch of clowns. ********ABSOLUTE JOKE DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS.**********

GoogleI wish it were possible to post a 0-star review, as I cannot think of anything Oakhill have done to warrant even 1-star. We have rented a property from Oakhill for the last year and things have gone from bad to worse. Of course - standard letting agent caveat of high fees etc - plus every conversation with them has been an uphill struggle. Two specific things. Firstly, when structural issues emerged with the flat, we were told to go straight to the landlord (therefore not sure what the role of Oakhill is?). Secondly, a number of extra fees have now emerged (a year into the tenancy) which were not specified in our contract. Regardless of whether it is the internal policy of the letting agent, referencing agent, or the landlord, a contract should contain ALL potential fees. It is completely unacceptable to spring things on tenants a year into the tenancy. I would not rent from Oakhill again.

GoogleI had listed two flats with multiple agents and Oakhill have come out on top with both sales. Both Lee and Jason are a pleasure to work with I'd recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Both have extensive knowledge and experience of West Hampstead and their advice was extremely useful when discussing various aspects of the sale. Having lived in both properties during the sale process it is very much appreciate when diligence and care is taken when selecting potential buyers for viewings. My experience with other agents is that they will view the property with anyone they can bring through the door. Thanks again and well done.

I have dealt with many estate agents over the years, and I have never before experienced such care, useful communication and professionalism. They say what they do and they do what they say, and I am very grateful for the introduction to Oakhill. I know it's this is not a phrase commonly associated with agents, but I really feel I got tremendous value for money. Thank-you guys!

This made a very good first impression that became even better when she arranged for me to view the property the following morning. In our meeting, she presented the property in a highly professional manner, she showed enthusiasm and determination about her work and made me think that if I had a property to let or sell I would definitely ask for her service.
