From start to finish Romans were extremely helpful professional and informative. They explained thoroughly anything I wasn’t sure of and made the whole rental process very smooth indeed. I had most contact with Antony and Meenu from the Reading early branch and they certainly made our first rental experience a great one. Highly recommend this branch.

Though Life Legal may have been cheaper than othersolicitors I was not really happy on how they functioned.Though my money was paid quickly I would like to have had a paper copy of the expenses discounted as according to what I was told it varies to what I was informed.

Jo conducted herself professionally throughout the inspection having previously explained in detail the purpose of attending. Romans must have excellent training for all of their staff!

They don’t care about people.They nearly left us homeless and looking for another place in last moment. We wanted to rent house from Romans, we went through all checks and week before we needed to move out of previous property they said that the tenant doesn’t want to move out. They didn’t offer another option, they were rude and ignorant.This is the office in Tilehurst.I do not recommend.

Can not fault Romans they helped my family get a new home extremely quick when our old landlord decided to sell up, we will be forever greatful especially to Nathan who was professional when doing our viewing and very helpful keeping us updated whilst waiting for our tenancy to start. The documents leading up to the tenancy were easy to understand and great how you can see where your progress is!
