**** DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ****Extremely bad service received especially from Stacey Cowap (property manager) they lie and are completely dishonest to try and keep your deposit money, if your are thinking about renting with them would strongly advise to think again and perhaps go with another more honest company who would less likely try and steel your deposit

Don't bother. I arranged a viewing for a rental property 2 days prior, which was confirmed on the phone and by email. I explained that I would be driving several hours to get there, however they called to cancel as I was driving. Apparently the current tenants were still in the house but they couldn't think of this before.

Recently changed to Romans after becoming dissatisfied with another estate agent and their very poor handling of the rental of our property. Romans have been a breath of fresh air and we have had excellent service and help from Mark Porter and Lloyd Jacques. They achieved very quick turnaround to organise complete redecoration and other works to achieve successful re-renting of the house. Very happy indeed!
