Romans have been utterly brilliant from start to finish on my recent move. They have been helpful, polite and professional every step of the way! Moving is an experience that can be filled with such anxiety and stress, but it’s not been that way at all these past weeks. This is thanks to Barnaby (Camberley branch) with the viewing, Sarah (Camberley branch) as our main point of contact who has gone above and beyond, and Courtney in the final stages from Head Office in Bracknell. Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw…

Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw Hill) branch. Not only did I feel as though they didn’t really care about anything (since they took over from Dewhurst). I’ve just had to deal with an issue that nearly caused a problem with my credit file. They notified Thames Water that we had moved in to the property we just moved out from! And I started to receive outstanding bills from Thames Water!! Luckily I know someone who helped me sort it.

I was really impressed with Romans

I was really impressed with Romans, Lorraine Eivers did an amazing job of updating us ever week and keeping on top of both us and the sellers to make sure the process was as quick and easy as possible, she was fantastic. The rest of the team were also excellent, when ever we spoke to them they were able to give us quick, accurate and up-to-date information on what was happening, they all seemed to work and communicate very well together.

We were moving house to West Drayton, and were lucky enough to be assisted by Khurum Shazada. He was absolutely professional, understanding and helpful. Khurum always kept a good communication, and went extra miles. We had a big issue with the internet in the property. Instead of pushing us, he tried to contact others to help us tackle the issue. He was always there to answer our questions so quickly, kept us updated with the process. I am very pleasant with his work. He was the best property manager that I have ever worked with.
