We recently relet two of our properties in the local area where Luke, together with Kerry and Alistair were involved. There were a couple queries regarding important maintenance issues. Luke dealt with all these the problems and resolved the issues to the satisfation of both Landlord and tenants. Luke is admirably suited for his job and really is a credit to Romans.

We used Romans Sandhurst to buy our first home recently. Despite the on-going coronavirus situation, Tom and the team kept us informed with what was going on. We were getting very little out of our solicitors and Tom always went way and above for us. Great customer service and was very impressed with the overall experience.

GoogleNo star is possible - I am absolutely disappointed and annoyed with the service I received. We had a viewing confirmed for Saturday, and we even received a confirmation text message in the morning regarding the viewing. After driving an hour to get there, we arrived only to find that no one was present. I had to call the office, only to be told that the booking had been cancelled, with absolutely no prior communication. I feel completely disrespected by the lack of communication and the complete disregard for my time. Not only did I waste over two hours of my day (an hour each way), but we also spent money on petrol for the trip, only to find that we were left with a fob-off apology and no real resolution. I believe I am owed compensation for the petrol costs incurred due to this terrible experience. I will not be recommending this service to anyone, and I expect a resolution. Update: Still no proper apology, not even a phone call or email to formally address this complaint. Glad we dodge a bullet.

Worst agency we have worked with among several up and down the UK.There is little interest shown by anyone from Manager or reps and no continuity with anybody.No use of mobile phones so only messages can be left and return calls are few and far between.Success rate has been nil so moving to another agency.
