Great experience with Romans (purchasing a property)…

I've had fantastic experience with Romans Woodley throughout the purchasing process. Daniel was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and supportive, from organising the viewing, through negotiations, to the exchange process (we are due to complete in few weeks). In addition, Romans Move Manager kept me informed on the progress, in all stages of the process, which I found very helpful.I can highly recommend Romans if you are thinking of purchasing a property!

I have used Romans Landlord service for managing our house

I have used Romans Landlord service for almost 7 years. Kimberley Garcia Jones - Property manager for managing our property is simply awesome. She is always prompt responding the query and she make sure the landlord is always well informed about any issues that tenant are facing follow it up to till the end to resolve the issue. Kim is a great asset for Romans.I would n't happy to use Romans services for my future needs.

I met James Day to view a property and I can say probably one of the best letting agent I’ve dealt with, he’s polite, personable and very friendly. I’d definitely look to go with Romans and would definitely recommend James to deal with. Overall Romans are very polite and easy to deal with, very approachable, not forceful and abrupt and rude like most letting agencies.

Been with Romans Swindon for over a year now and I’ve had no issues with them, Christine Lancaster is really lovely and helpful and gets any queries taken care of rather swiftly. I had an issue with my boiler and submitted a fault report, Christine called me back, after taking a few details Gasworks resolved the issue the very next day, really happy about that.
