Mark was on point and very patient with us as 1st time buyers. He always kept us in the loop and recommended the best tradesmen for quotes we needed. Very happy with our interactions even though we were buyers it felt like he was on our side.

Whitelys staff was a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. Although the process had a few stumbling blocks which came up (none of which was the estate agents faults) they help resolve the issues and a helpful guide through the process. Understanding and always available to talk things through.

The team of people that I worked with were brilliant, from the person who first took me out to view several properties to the people who answered the phone every time. The particulars for all of the properties were very professional and informative with accurate floor plans. I was able to have regular contact with my agent who kept me informed all the way along and was able to provide me with invaluable tips and advice as a first time buyer and walk me through exactly how the whole process would work and any bumps that there may be along the way. We were able to complete a leasehold purchase from start to finish in two months. A wonderful service, thank you :) Highly recommended and I will certainly use them again.

I bought my flat through R.Whitley and Co. They provided me with a good service, always professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner.. The only reason I did not give an 'Excellent' rating was because initially when the flat was pitched to me, I was told that I would have access to the gym on site. This obviously made the flat more attractive to me and I was quite disappointed to find out later that the block that the flat belonged to did not have access to the gym. Maybe there was some miscommunication between the seller and agent, but I think for next time, the agent should definitely double check all the particulars. Overall I was happy with service I received..
