GoogleNick came round to value my property [it was on with another agent- who were giving a very poor service] as my contract was nearly up - I wanted another Estate Agent to value it.
I was totally impressed with Nick - he really could not understand why my property remained unsold for nearly five months - he thought it was priced correctly and was in excellent condition - he did not say anything derogatory about the Estate Agent who was marketing it - which I admired. He was just truthful no BS - just straight to the point
I really wished he had taken it on - as I am sure it would have
been sold by now.
If it remains unsold when my contract is up - he will be the first person I shall ring - with full confidence it will sell being marketed by him.
