Fred came to office on Saturday morning and followed up to ensure issue was fully resolved. He kept us informed through our and also supporting through follow up steps for appropriate remedial. Nick at Kearns Residential was a genuine real estate professional. He’s a very responsive and customer focused agent. He was always willing to go over and above! Having moved abroad from the UK, he was always available to answer questions and give us update on progress with the sale of our house. He worked hard on organising viewings to our property and finally getting an offer which was in line with our expectations. Even when the property market slowed down, following increase in interest rate, he took the initiative to re-market our property by taking new pictures and the process worked, straight away we had more viewings and received an offer. I called Kearns to come and appraise our property before it went on the market, I told Nick what we were intending to do, fit new doors, new carpets etc. He said, to not bother as people would want to put their own stamp on the property, he was confident that he could achieve a sale of £500k for us, it went on the market on the 6th of may, 17 viewings were booked for the following Saturday between 12 & 2 pm, the following Monday, the 12th of may we recieved 5 offers, 2 for £500k. I don't know how Nick and the team do it but they are very proactive in reaching out to potential clients. Excellent service, worth the money !!!

Always thought buying a house would be so difficult and didn't even know where to begin. I booked a viewing for a property that I liked and met Nick from Kearns.
