GoogleI chose Coopers because of all the agents who came to the property they were the most sensitive to the circumstances and the most professional in their interaction with myself and my brother. We were not disappointed in our choice. Unlike other agents we spoke to they were never pushy while we delayed making up our mind when to put the property on the market and which agent to use. They were honest in their appraisal of the value of the property and put together an excellent profile of the property we were selling. They kept in touch throughout and once the sale had been agreed kept me informed of progress. I liaised mostly with Daniel who was always cheerful, helpful and patient and always sensitive to the circumstances as the sale was due to the death of a parent.

She made it easy to look for a place and currently making the long process buying as straight forward as possible. Daniel then helped me through the long process and helped make it as quick and painless as possible. I'd get regular updates from him as he went out of his way to chase up the seller's and everyone else involved. Great service.

GoogleI work in an estate agents out of the area and chose Coopers to help sell my Grandma's home. I know what makes a Estate Agents great and Coopers did not disappoint. They recognised from day one my Grandma needed support and assistance throughout the process and a personal approach to her was necessary as she had not moved house in over 30 years. They took the time to involve her, ensure she was happy every step of the way and went above and beyond in giving her reassurance and support when pressure was applied by other people in the chain. They helped with sales progression and the work done here kept the chain from collapsing and eased the pressure on my Grandma. This in itself is what you pay for with an agent that you do not get with online agents. Without this support, expertise and the skills at acting as a go between with all parties the chain would not have completed. If you want a Agent who will not only get you home sold but give you the time and support to listen to your concerns but also to help resolve them then Coopers should be your first choice above all else.

GoogleWe are really pleased with the service received from the whole Coopers team. I felt really confident with using them as my agent from day one. Thought it was a great idea to meet the whole sales team in my house before the open day. Eventhough we were selling in a challenging market and it took more effort and time then originally anticipated to get the sale ,the team never lost their ethusiasm. GoogleDaniel handled our purchase and always knew who I was when I rang, knew the property I was buying and the current state of play. His communication and negotiation to get the deal done was brilliant. On the odd occasion when he was on holiday or out of office, his colleage Tom would take over responsibility, would know what to do and would carry things forwards. Briliant teamwork, excellent data passing within the office. Guess they have a really good IT team to help behind the scenes. Feels like a team you can trust.
