Miller Town and Country are without doubt the best local estate agents. In our current situation we are looking for some very specific things and they have been extremely patient and supportive!! As we have been looking for quite some time we have also dealt with other agents in the area but these guys are the best. In addition to their patience they can also move quickly when required, as they did 7 years ago when purchasing our current property. We will certainly be listing our house with these guys and chances are buying one of their listings as well. Valuations are fair and realistic with good advice for maximising your chances of selling.

Back in September I purchased a house in Tavistock. This experience was largely seamless due to the professional & friendly team at the Tavistock branch. After marketing my property with another estate agent in Tavistock with no success and feeling that I was a bother to them when I called. I then turned to Miller Town and Country and from start to finish the team kept me informed of what was happening with the sale of my property. Would always call me back when they said they would and nothing seemed to be a bother. These estate agents were great for us. We have just bought our first house through them - they were helpful and communicated everything very clearly! We had some difficulties (no fault of the agents!) on the first place that we made an offer on, and after that Sally very kindly kept us in mind and reached out when something even better for us was coming to market so we could get a quick viewing. Dedicated, Helpful, Efficient, Knowledgeable and Friendly are just some of the excellent qualities of the staff in the Tavistock office. When Dee answers the phone, the sun comes out and you are instantly at ease. Alison showed true dedication attending site several times on my behalf to sort out various issues with the sale. Sally had her finger on the pulse at all times and did an outstanding job gently nudging the buyer, their solicitor and my solicitor towards a successful exchange of contracts and eventual completion. I cannot fault the service I received at all and would highly recommend Miller Town & Country Tavistock to all :-)

S&P- A highly professional, efficient agency.

I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with.
