We were very happy with the service provided by Amy and Hamish who were always responsive and helpful, meeting as necessary to discuss next steps and how best to respond to a changing sales market. They realised how much the house meant to us over many years and made good links with our lawyer pending the sale.

We have bought & sold a number of properties over the past 5 years and have used a variety of estate agents. However, none have come close to giving the standard of service & support we received from Miller TC during our recent sale. From initial viewing to final completion, they have gone above and beyond to both expedite the sale & achieve the best price for us. We’d like to make a special mention of Ali, who dealt with our sale and kept in contact with us on an almost daily basis. She liaised with all third parties (solicitors, surveyors, etc) and made sure that enquiries and processes progressed as quickly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she kindly took care of a multitude of issues on our behalf. We would wholeheartedly recommend Miller TC to any prospective seller (or indeed, buyer) and we look forward to using them again in the future.

Philippa Ives - Ascot. The best property manager you will find.

Philippa Ives at Ascot has been our property manager for nearly 13 years. During that time she has been exceptional to work with - always responsive, cheerful and helpful no matter what the issue or the dumb question I had. She helped co-ordinate the renovation of our house including painting and kitchen with all the various trades with minimal involvement from me. She always maintained excellent relationships with me and our tenants. We would not have had such a successful letting experience without her and help from the whole letting team at Ascot.

Caroline Clark disgraceful attitude.

We've dealt with Caroline Clark twice over the past year and we are truly disgusted with her manners. Very unprofessional and abrupt, cannot wait to get rid of you!Do not waste your money doing reference checks with her, she's not open and honest about what the landlord will and will not accept. You will pay for the reference only to discover that there's some reason that you can't be accepted as a tenant. Her one-liner emails are very impersonal. She forgets that she's made an appointment for a house viewing and has kept us waiting at a property while she casually drives up without an apology. The worst customer service ever. Disgusting.

Excellent service from start to finish. Olivia has been amazing and quite frankly instrumental in facilitating our flat purchase. She is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of properties and has been very helpful in putting us in touch with experts regarding certain areas to get quotes/reports/surveys etc. Based on our experience I can highly recommend S&P and Olivia in particular as she has certainly been very accommodating and always going the extra mile to get things done.

We nearly went with Purple Bricks to save us some money, what a mistake that would have been!!Not only was the entire process stress free, with Victoria and team always on hand to answer (unlike horror stories I've heard from other well known firms!), it's fair to say the expertise from Strutt Parker made up for the financial saving AND SOME tenfold, due to being able to market our property personally, to a tailored audience of ready to buy clientele who gained more on our sale price than any basic Rightmove listing could ever acheive.

Take the stress out of moving

We commissioned Stutt & Parker to sell our lovely Victorian house recently. The tone and positioning of the Marketing was right on point for this part of the market something we had fallen down on with previous agents. The quality of potential buyers was top notch so no time wasting and the communications from Simon & Jane gave us confidence that we were in good hands with some tricky negotiations needed at times. We've exchanged and look forward to moving soon, I've already recommended their services to one of my clients. I don't recommend people to my clients unless I know they have equally high professional standards. House selling doesn't need to be stressful if you're in the right hands.

I used S and P partly because they offered the highest price estimate and partly because I knew that, as a large company, their contacts to the likely markets were strong. Overall, my experience was good. The marketing material was high quality. I thought that there was an underestimation of my home's principal USP ie granny flat. There was lots of talk of multi generational living but that missed the point: grannies need to be on the ground floor. My other observation is that I thought S and P were far too slow to return staff after the first lockdown when business cleaaly picked up. That was UNFAIR on the remaining staff of whom too much was asked and not a good advert. I was grateful to Rozanne as manager particularly in the latter stages of both the sale and purchase.

Fantastic from start to finish

We couldn't have asked for a better service than the one we received from Oli and his team at the Exeter office. They sold two properties for us (5 years apart, second one has only just exchanged contracts). Both times Oli worked tirelessly to facilitate communication between all parties. His humour, patience and approachability made an extremely stressful period far more enjoyable and I was so grateful for his support. So many agents get an offer then do nothing to push things forward. Oli and his team are the opposite of that and I highly recommend them.

As tenants looking for a new apartment to rent, we have been in touch with many agencies and have not always encountered professional agents but Charlotte Hewett from Notting Hill was great. She was honest, transparent and helpful along the whole process and managed to get our offer accepted with all the conditions we asked for. Our house proved difficult to sell…

Our house proved difficult to sell having been launched on the market in March 2019, we exchanged sale contracts last week thanks to the enormous support from Strutt’s Chelmsford office director Mark Davies. Mark took over the sale personally when we re-marketed in early July. There were complicated technical Land Registry problems with the sale and these were overcome thanks to Mark’s persistence, regular contact with us as vendors and with both sets of solicitors. Mark’s constantly proactive approach made the difference as did his willingness to go far beyond the call of duty. Please pass this feedback on to Mark and his line management. Overall a hugely beneficial experience and Mark Davies is a tremendous asset to your business.

never experienced such lack of professionalism

We have never experienced such lack of professionalism. The team was aware that we are travelling 1.5-2 hours with infant twins to view multiple properties. On arrival I saw an email sent 5-10 minutes prior to the viewing saying it was cancelled because nobody could show us around due to someone calling in sick last minute. When calling the agency they apologied of course saying that the person in charge at the development as well as the agency were not around either. The developer apparently did not even know the time of the viewing hence the late cancellation. It is beyond me how nobody can cover a sick colleague especially under these circumstances and how the viewing time is unknown so potential buyers are not wasting time and petrol driving there, not to mention the effort it takes travelling with infant twins.
