GoogleRude arrogant staff. Disappointing. Viewing a house, I arrived 20 minutes before appointment. Parked in the drive way. Agent arrived and stated she was from the agent and I needed to move my car so she could park there. There were empty spaces over the road.

GoogleAlthough the purchase of my new home was a difficult one, Elliot at Reeds Rains was absolutely fantastic throughout. Amongst incompetent solicitors and an unorganised seller Elliot was always available to answer questions and helped push this sale along. Very appreciative of the effort he's put in, even after the sale he's offered to continue to assist with any questions or concerns I may have. Great service.

GoogleI never bother write reviews, but it's very very rare you will find an estate agent that gives you the business relationship you need as a landlord. The whole team at the West Derby branch are top tier. Tom and Darren make it feel like one of the lads are managing the properties.

GoogleGot thru to answer machine, was directed to leave my details and someone would get back to me. Still waiting Phoned back a day later, somebody from letti vs took my details and promised someone from sales would get back. Still waiting. I know they may be busy but there's no room for arrogance. Please senior management, please improve communication between staff and calling customers.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible vile people, I applied for a property and paid £160 holding deposit but allegedly failed the credit check even though I have no ccj's they said I did and refused to return my holding deposit stating it was for the cost of the credit checks and the time taken to do the credit checks, which is totally against holding deposit government guidelines and also a vile and horrible thing to do to a single patent in this climate with Christmas just around the corner. No morals and theives to boot, what a shamefull company.

GoogleI recently sold my home with the help of Mike at the West Derby branch and would highly recommend. Mike communicates really well and is always prompt to call and give you an update, even when there’s not much to say. He checks in often enough and it felt like he was on top of my sale from start to finish and that the sale was a priority to him at all times. He was quick to respond to emails, professional and courteous and with a few issues within our chain, he honestly kept me sane and talked me through everything in great detail and did everything within his control to keep things moving along. I would certainly reach out to Mike at Reeds Rains again in the future if I was looking to sell a property.

GoogleWasn’t allowed to view a property for sale because I didn’t want an appointment with their mortgage advisor despite having my own mortgage advisor and agreement in principle. As a vendor, I would stay well away from agents who won’t showcase your property Note, I accidentally posted this review on Liverpool city Reeds Rains which was a mistake. This ‘agent’ worked here at West Derby and thankfully Justin from the city branch is going to sort my viewing.
