I spoke to Darren Patterson, he was very friendly and always knew how to help, as well as being quick with responses. Our tenancy start date was delayed a while but he was very patient with us, and even went out of his way to get our keys copied to accommodate for everyone on the tenancy. 5/5 stars, walked me through the whole process when I had no idea what I was doing, he made it feel very simple, always there for us and always kept his professionalism. Also we were made sure that we were always welcome to call if we had any inquiries or needed any help. Perfect for first time movers like myself but definitely NOT limited to. I recommend this agency to anyone who wants to lose sleep over what colour their curtains are going to be and not worrying about if they've missed anything out on the professional side. From initial contact Reeds Rains West Derby have been a delight to deal with. Jack (valuer) was professional, friendly and accurate with valuation and we were on the market less than 48 hours later, and sold on the first day of viewings with multiple offers. Caitlyn has been outstanding and a real credit to the branch. She is so efficient, very responsive and nothing is too much trouble for her. She has liaised wonderfully between solicitors, buyers and sellers when needed. She answers emails very quickly. She is an absolute superstar; She is a young lady who knows how to get a job done. Yet again with estate agents in this current climate. They don't accept offers on properties. Seems they have open days for 20 or so people and don't consider genuine buyers. Just made an offer of asking price initially on a property and told have to have a viewing first but they won't allow me to view as booked up. Totally corrupt. The adds a day old on Rightmove. More like they can't be bothered to arrange someone at the property for more than a day. If these were selling on my behalf I'd be fuming. I advise people to go with strike when selling. Free to sell and you manage your own viewings and offers not like these office people who do little work for thousands in charges to the vendor. In follow up to my review and following the reply below. Indeed it seems I reviewed the wrong branch. My poor dealings were with the prescot branch with a girl called Helen. It is unfair for me to say West Derby branch deal in the same way but as far as prescot branch go I would avoid at all costsNegativeProfessionalism
