GoogleFrom a tenant's perspective, the service we have received has been very good. If there have been issues, they have been dealt with promptly and professionally. The West Derby Team are all very friendly and helpful.

GoogleLiam Toomey gave me great service when a property I had for sale with them was broken into. He arranged repairs the SAME DAY, which I thought was outstanding, so I bought the office some cakes to show my genuine appreciation for excellent service.

GoogleI have recently started working with Belvoir and wish I had done it a lot sooner. From a property owner's point of view I highly recommend you give them a try. They are professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful and understanding. They get what needs to be done and find that middle ground that keeps both landlords and tenants happy. I trust their judgement and feel confident they have our best interests at heart. I came to them with a whole load of problems and they just took them off my hands and dealt with them. I can't thank them enough.

GoogleAs a tenant with Belvoir I have always had good experiences. I would recommend them to family and friends and in fact have already done so. They do charge fees pre and post tenancy but as the saying goes you DEFINITELY get what you pay for as the service is always quality. All the staff are courteous, honest, forthcoming and proactive. I say this because prior to taking out a property all terms and expectations regarding how the property should be returned are clear. Furthermore during the lease term communication with them is timely, informative and non intrusive. I consider myself to be a trustworthy person, and even after I had handed the keys back I was able to visit the property once or twice to collect a parcel that had been delayed in the post outlining that Belvoir understand that relationships are built on trust! All in all I would say a big thank you is well deserved. Keep up the good work

GoogleBelvoir provided everything you'd expect from a professional, friendly and reputable company. Liam Jones in particular was fantastic when I needed to let a property at short notice and kept me updated, handled all admin tasks with ease and ensures a quick turnaround. A great service and if needed Id have no doubt in returning to Liam and Belvoir again in the future.

Always cheeful and helpful whilst at the same time offering an efficient service. If they say they'll do it you can rely on it being done. Well done!

Communication has been superb during a recent change of occupancy and I can always rely on the team to act quickly when anything needs attending to. I would recommend Belvoir without hesitation.
