I had a viewing 6 months ago with a different branch of Belvoir and the experience was bad with that agent. I can honestly say that I was really impressed this last few days when I ended up finding a home with the help of Stacey and Rebbecca from Belvoir West Derby. They are both very professional and they realy do keep you in touch with everything. The paperwork was prepared in advance so everything went very quick and smooth without wasting any time at all and they are available when calling with different requests. Thank you both and keep up the great work!

I had a problem with my boiler. Keith Lyons from Belvoir Lettings went over and above what I have ever experienced from tenant maintenance support in the way of getting things fixed quickly and hassle-free. He was extremely professional and kept me in the loop throughout all the many calls that he made towards getting the boiler fixed, and all just before the Bank Holiday weekend. He is a credit to both his profession and Belvoir Lettings. Excellent work Keith, and so very much appreciated Thank You

We have had an absolutely shocking experience with Belvoir West Derby. We applied for a property on Fordlea Road it but the treatment from Belvoir was so appalling we had to walk away. Evie constantly pressured us to move faster and put money down. We made it clear we would need a second viewing before we signed, she said that would be fine once we had paid holding fee, which we paid straight away. Once we had paid she would only do viewings the day before collecting the keys and wanted us to sign early. We didn’t want to sign that early so she refused us a viewing on the first date proposed and insisted she could only do the day before collecting keys. She tells us she is very busy and a second viewing is not standard and basically tries to put us off viewing. On the day of the office rings and makes excuses that Evie is ill and they don’t know about this viewing. We later get an angry phone call from the manager because we clarify we are not signing until we have seen the property again. We feel massively messed around and lied to. Avoid.

Awful service. We had an appointment at 5pm Wednesday 29th August at Kirkby with the manager of the West Derby office for a valuation. I left all details when I made the appointment, no call or nothing to say the manager couldn't turn up. Very unprofessional. I would never chose this company again.

After a disastrous 2 years with a different agent in Liverpool, Belvoir West Derby have been managing our properties for 2 years on a full management basis. 5 Star letting agents and lovely ppl!!!!!! What can I say... I`ve been a tenant of Belvoir West Derby since 2009. Over that course of time I`ve lived in two flats and I was more than happy with the flats and Belvoir in every respect!! A massive thank you to Adam, Elaine, Catherine, and Alex! Couldn`t ask for better or more friendly or helpful staff, more like friends!!! The flats aswell were so reasonably priced and I had absolutely no issues at all, but loved my time in them!! Only left Belvoir as I have bought my own place, but defo sad to leave the flats and sad to leave Belvoir! I cannot praise them enough, I would forget the rest and go with the best BELVOIR!! We have used Belvoir several times previously to let our house out over the past 5 years when we have been living overseas, without doubt they fully deserve the tag as the best letting agency in the village of West Derby, Adam and his staff get the job done in a thorough professional manner, you cannot ask for anything more than that! I had to leave my home after 17 years as the landlord wanted to sell due to a change in her circumstances. I was not looking forward to finding a new home and was quite disheartened with the properties on offer with other letting agents. I went to view a property (with Laura) but found it too small but very nice. Laura recommended other properties, which I viewed almost immediately (with Laura and Alex) and found my new home within a matter of days. I was very happy with the service provided. Since moving the management of my property to Belvoir West Derby in the summer of 2012 I have been more than impressed with the personal, yet very professional manner of the office. Having had a previous bad experience with a lettings agency prior to moving to Adam and his colleagues, I am relieved to be in the hands of an agency that, so far, really have taken all the worry out of letting my property. They are quick to act, keep me in the loop and have been fantastic in getting my property quickly let.
