Very mixed bag. Used them recently to sell my house and my experience was mixed. Excellent photos,virtual tour and ads. Accompanied viewings on the whole ok but some issues. Could have managed the buying process better and made better business decisions on my behalf. Comms poor, some phone calls not returned, property sold but fell through, expectation management average, post sales experience for me very poor.
