TrustpilotThank you, Pilar Properties
I recently had the pleasure of living in a room within a 6-7 room apartment managed by Pilar Properties, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, everything was smooth and hassle-free.

I live next door to a property they run, the tenants have moved out every other month as the workmanship is shoddy, they do not do anything about issues, and the floors rise, terrible, lots of money for a room!!! They say they will help with problems but do not!!!!I have visited the tenants many times in 2 years! Nothing has ever been done its all about taking your money for a cheap looking property!!!

TrustpilotSo evil you can only laugh
The maintenance guy who does their work damaged my property and nobody will reimburse me, but of course pillar properties were quick to try and jump over my deposit when I left!

TrustpilotWould recommend these guys!
I found myself needing somewhere to live during the start of the pandemic. These guys were so great at getting me moved in so quickly! The property I lived in was one of nicest houses I have lived in, clean and very new looking. Overall good letting agents! They always sort out any issues very quickly, I would use them again in the future.

Prompt to sort any maintenance issues and were professional and kind people to rent with. The process to move in was very simple with a holding deposit, and reasonable flexibility with the move in process. Googlethe worst company, they never pick up the phone and I can already imagine why, sometimes I even wonder if those properties belong to them. You can't have so many properties and not answer the phone.
