Feeney Estate Agents Werrington reviews

Feeney Estate agents, successfully agreed and arranged the sale of my Mum’s bungalow, not once, but three times after two purchasers dropped out, each time within a week of re marketing. We found Sian’s naturally cheerful, friendly, knowledgable and personal approach to residential estate agency to be a breath of fresh air. All this coupled with high professional standards throughout and excellent value for money, leads me to wholeheartedly recommend Feeney Estate Agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Amazing!! We couldn’t of asked for more when selling our house with Sian at Feeneys. She was beyond helpful from start to finish. Always keeping us up to date with everything and was always the other end of the phone for the slightest query! I would recommend anybody who is wanting to sell their house to contact Sian. You will not regret it!

Absolutely amazing and professional service from Feeney estate agents. After speaking to a few agents, we chose Sian and we are so glad we did. Her communication goes above and beyond so you are kept fully informed at every step of the way when selling your house. She dealt with 2 very nervous sellers with patience and humour. Her approach to marketing our property was spot on.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Cant fault sian in anyway, she sold my wifes old house for us, just left the keys with sian and let her deal with everything. She handled all the viewings and questions from potential buyers, showing them around and sorted the solicitors out as well... highly reccomended. And not expensive.

We recently used Sian at Feeney to sell one of our rental houses. The house photos and description etc all looked really good, and a buyer was found fairly quickly. She did a great job and kept us informed throughout. We will be happy to recommend Feeney Estate Agents to anyone. And we will hopefully use them again soon. Thanks

Extremely interested in a property advertised on right move, rang both numbers with no answer, went onto the Feeney website to confirm phone numbers etc, rang again and left a message, still no reply. I tried for two days to view the property, not fair on me or the homeowner as I’m a cash buyer looking for exactly what was advertised. Very poor
