GoogleSian is a great, local estate agent. She's so knowledgeable and helpful and gives a really personal service. What's more, she's always on hand to help with any questions - including evenings and weekends, which we really appreciated. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.
Thank you Jayne x

GoogleSian is superb at her job and has a lot of experience. She has a very friendly approach to her customers and has successfully sold a house for me within a matter of days. I now proceed to recommend everyone to use Sian as their Estate Agent.

GoogleFeeney Estate Agents are incredibly unprofessional. Their service is appalling; calls go unanswered, and staff are rude when you finally get through. The properties they show are misrepresented online, with many hidden issues. They pressure clients into unfair contracts and provide zero aftercare. It's obvious their positive reviews are fake, as my experience was nothing like what's described. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. The only good thing about this place is leaving. Highly disappointed and would never recommend their services to anyone
I would appreciate you keeping your personal vendettas away from the business that provides a living for me and my son.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation through to the completion of the sale, the level of service I received from Feeney Estate Agents was exceptional. I was very impressed with the marketing materials so much so that my property sold within 48 hours of going online. I felt well supported throughout the entire process and their competitive fees makes them a force to be reckoned with. Would highly recommend.
Thank you so much. All the best x

GoogleI can't recommend Feeney estate agents highly enough! After having my mum’s house on the market with another estate agent for over two and a half years, with no success and mounting costs, switching to Feeney’s …

GoogleAfter a couple of quotes from different estate agents, we welcomed Sian into our home. We immediately knew she was the one who would sell our house. Her knowledge is invaluable and her no nonsense and realistic approach was exactly what we wanted. Needless to say, our home was sold for over the asking price within two weeks. Upto date and honest information was relayed between us throughout the whole process. In a nutshell, if you want to sell your home, Feeney's can do it for you. Thank you really doesn't seem enough. We're both very happy 😊

FacebookI don't even know where to begin. From start to finish Sian has gone above and beyond to make my selling experience as easy as possible. I will never ever use a high street agent again having received such a fantastic service! How many other agents can you text at 7pm on a Friday AND get a response straight away?! If I could give more than 5 stars I would because honestly, she deserves it! Thank you so much Sian for picking me up when I was being a negative Nancy and selling my first home so I can buy my forever home.

GoogleWe have had an excellent experience with Sian for the purchase of our first home. Sian constantly went above and beyond, reassuring, supporting and advising us along the way with any queries we had, nothing was too much trouble. Everything that needed to be done at Sian's end was completed efficiently which made the process much smoother for us, resulting in a fast purchase. Communication was brilliant with prompt responses, professional yet personal, including the chasing up of all parties involved. We would highly recommend, the service is like no other. We cannot thank her enough and she will always be a positive part of our experience.
Wishing you all the best x

GoogleWe sold our house to the first couple who came to view. Sian dealt with every aspect of the sale and remained easily contactable right up to and after the move. If she did not answer our call she would ring back as soon as she picked up her messages. She helped us through a very stressful time and above all she was, and still is, very professional and her costs are extremely favourable. The photos Sian took were amazing. Would definitely recommend Feeney Estates.
Thank you so much. All the best 😊 …
