I cannot recommend Sian enough talk about the extra mile always on hand to help personally I think she works to many hours! Not just your standard 9-5 if I was to txt late of an evening and specify, I didn’t want a reply until the next day she would still get back to me. Sian has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process of my partner and I buying our first home. From the very beginning when we first viewed our dream home, Sian was very helpful, cheery and was able to answer any questions we had. During the months where we had surveys carried out etc, Sian was very accommodating and would always try her best to make sure there were never delays. Sian was always available to text and would happily explain the process to us when we were uncertain what to expect. Further to this, Sian helped us so much by chasing the other side’s solicitors when things started to go slower. Without this, it’s most likely that there may have been delays with us completing (we all know what solicitors are like!). Feeney’s Estate Agents are absolutely brilliant and we cannot fault them.
