A great experience from start to finish. Sian is a lovely person, but also very knowledgeable, professional and always does what she says. She sold my Dad's empty property and conducted all the viewings, keeping me fully updated and informed at all times. She acted as communicator between the buyer and myself regarding any queries or issues and she responds quickly. Great value for money. Would use again.

Sian is a great local independent Estate Agent - there is so much that’s included in her fee that you have to pay extra for in most Estate Agents. It was nice not to have to worry about doing the viewings ourselves and the video tour and photos she did made our house look great! We will definitely be recommending her to our friends and family.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

We can't thank Sian enough for all her help, support and guidance during our 'purchase process'. She was our knight in shining armour through the ups and the downs and she constantly reassured us that everything would be okay. We honestly couldn't recommend Sian enough - super responsive and helpful & nothing was ever too much. Once again, thank you for everything. ❤🏡 Laura & Lauren. Sian was on it from the very beginning; very responsive to messages and knowledgeable. She was one step ahead all of the time and I achieved over the asking price which was a bonus! She held my hand through the process and checked up on me to see if she could help with solicitor jargon! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to family and friends, she's been brilliant!

I can’t recommend Sian enough! With two young children we were worried about how the selling process would go, but Sian did everything to make sure it fitted around our family. She gave her time and effort to make sure everything was right and was always at the other end of the phone (at any time). She’s wonderful!

Great to work with with which made the purchase of my new home a pleasurable experience. Sian was great to deal with and responded quickly whenever I had a query with regards to the process, and talked me through the steps of what I needed to do when and who would be dealing with which area. Highly recommended.

Sian was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process of buying my house. No question was too big or small, which really helped the sale go through smoothly and in a timely manner, and kept me updated on the progress at each stage. You have both my recommendation, and future custom if the time comes. Thanks again Sian

Sian was our seller’s agent, so we only had contact with her sporadically throughout the process, however out of all the agents we came into contact with throughout our whole experience, Sian was by far the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made our house purchase so easy and we were well informed throughout - thank you Sian!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
