I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Harpers. Despite claiming over 20 years of experience, and being less than a mile from my house, their representative didn't bother to look at my property ahead of a planned appointment - although they said they would. Instead, they relied on an outdated quotation from Zoopla, which was shockingly £250,000 less than the actual value of my property. Even more perplexing, they hand-delivered the letter to me, giving them ample opportunity to see my house firsthand. Shockingly unprofessional and lackadaisical!
