Max and Ethan worked very hard to sell our house. They were always professional, respectful and made the selling process as smooth as possible. We received regular communication from them and at no time did they leave us for weeks on end with no viewings. The photos of the house were excellent. We anticipated a long wait for a sale but this was not to be. The whole process took 18 weeks from launch weekend to completion. Max and Ethan were also very realistic. The market around Aylesbury is a tricky one to negotiate at the moment and they did a good job for us. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I decided to move my house sale to Max at Harpers having been impressed with the drive and enthusiasm he showed from the very start when I was originally getting agents round for valuations. I had decided to go with a different agent to start with but viewings were scarce and no offers were received so I decided to give the business to Max. I am very glad I did. This was not an easy market to sell in but within weeks of putting the house on with Max he had organised a well orchestrated relaunch on Rightmove. Soon I had viewings coming through and before I knew it a very good offer on the table. Throughout the process from start to finish Max was attentive, on the ball and gave good advice and recommendations that helped ensure the chain remained stable and the sale completed. In summary I'm grateful for the hard work that Max put in to selling my house and I'm extremely happy with the outcome.
