Had such a wonderful experience with penny and max. Penny was efficient and great at explaining how things work etc as me and my partner were buying our first home and occasional would get a bit confused but penny took the time and effort to explain things to me! Would answer all my calls and even on her annual leave said I could contact her if needed! I felt very comfortable with harpers estate agents dealing with our first mortgage. I’m currently in the process of purchasing a Cottage through Harpers and Max has been such a pleasure to deal with. He squeezed me in for a viewing late in the evening, when most other agents would have said no………then he professionally guided me through the offer process. Max is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. So too is Penny in the office and together they make a dream team, as their communication is great, which is what you need when making one of the biggest decisions of your life. Max knows his vendor and purchaser personal requirements inside out, which makes a huge difference. He isn’t afraid to think outside of the box - when a-lot of other people are happy to live within its 4 walls (excuse the irresistible pun ) Penny is very understanding and patient, despite receiving lots of calls from me. You feel supported and in good hands from the get-go; it has made the whole process a lot less stressful, which is definitely what you need. Thank you Max & Penny.

Harpers estate agents were selling the house, which I bought. I mainly dealt with Max and Penny. Max was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he dealt with issues relating to the house in a speedy manner. He really did go the extra mile. Penny was so lovely, so friendly and really helpful. Any problems she was on the case. Penny explained everything in such a way that it took away all the stress and worry. With Max, Penny and other staff working together, there could only be one outcome, a successful one. All in all a job well done. Thank you Harpers for everything.

Big thank you to Max at Harpers in Wendover. We had previously been on the market with another agent in the village without success. Max took over the sale and everything was a big improvement. The photography was of a higher standard, taken on a bright sunny day (our previous agent took the photos on a dark wet day), a superb virtual tour and their investment in a London office really paid off, our buyer saw our property in their monthly London exhibition and ended up buying our house!
