In our first property we had a few issues but Sarah resolved these efficiently for us without making us feel like we were asking too much. GoogleI met with 4 local agencies and Harper’s was head and shoulders above the rest; I would like to compliment Max Rodgers the main agent we dealt with, he clearly demonstrated his attention to detail and his deep understanding and knowledge of the area and market which added a huge amount of value throughout all stages of the process including our current search for our family home. Unlike other agents that I have dealt with previously max consistently gave me a detailed overview of each person that was booked to view our house and we would always receive either feedback directly after the viewing or the next day once he had caught up with the viewer, he was transparent and honest throughout. GoogleSelling our family home of 25 years has been a very emotional experience for me. Max, at the Wendover Branch of Harpers, has been totally understanding throughout. His professionalism, integrity and knowledge of the local area has been exemplary. The brochure, photos and especially the video tour Harpers put together were superb. With Max, nothing has been too much trouble. All queries were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Max even hounded our solicitors on our behalf, helping to bring forward the date of exchange. He's friendly, polite, energetic and completely professional. My husband and I can fully recommend Harpers, and Max in particular. He has been a stalwart throughout the whole process.
