GoogleOur family was served by a Junior sales and lettings negotiator called Dillon from Wembley branch. His customer service was very good. He was very professional and friendly. We saw powerful positivity in his customer service. He let us view the house in very relaxed way, he was was not hurrying us at all. Unfortunately, we could not make an offer on the house he showed us. However, he was very positive about my rejection too, he was willing to show other houses that we could like in future. Dillon good luck and hope you achieve all your future endeavour. We would highly recommend him and his team in this branch.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have had very good service from Ellis & Co Wembley in regards to letting my property with them over the last year. The whole process was dealt with utmost care and attention. My calls are always answered which is important to me. Recently there was a need for the tenants to contact the maintenance team and Jatin emailed me over all the details and worked through rectifying everything using their tradespersons. He told me he was new there and honestly I would not have known with his knowledge and professionalism.
