GoogleUnacceptable service, first they agree on letting the property take the holding deposit and then when it’s time for referencing, they tell you that the income is low. Initially it’s ok and then it’s not really bad service . Not recommended
Dear Jovissa as mentioned to Jeson, I'm sorry that you feel disappointed that you did not get the apartment, However we submitted all your papers to the landlord and it was he that decided against going ahead with yourselves, his was the final decision not ours. I understand you wish to vent you anger but please note we are only the agent and it is never our decision who we go head with or not. Good luck with your search!

GoogleVery very unprofessional, akshat kept telling me he will call me to update me but i kept chasing them for updates and refund. Spoke to a few menevers of staff and all give different info. Very unprofessional team they take your money with no update. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

GoogleGuys stay away from this agency. They are very unprofessional, and don’t comply with the law. Their landlord decided to don’t rent a property to me (which never mind) but they are keeping my holding deposit, even if the law says if “ the landlord is unhappy with your references, they have still to refund you the full amount “. I will never come back to this agency anymore. Wish I can put - 10 stars

GoogleOne of the best estate agents in Wembley area. Thorough professionalism, polite nature and turning out things really quick is something that I have experienced. I am glad that I had assistance from Jay who was very helpful in getting me the required letting at the earliest and I am very pleased with their response.
