Google👍Commendable work ethics and care of Mr. Jatin & Mr. Bob🌟 🙏It's my genuine gratitude towards Mr. Jatin & Mr. Bob of Ellis & Co. For taking good care of us during our tenancy, rectifying all the wrongs of the last year, resolving maintenance issues or any other hurdles with utmost care and professionalism. Even on the weekends and sometimes late hours as well. Matter of the fact, Their kindness forced me in my conscience to delete my negative comment of last year and to put this positive one. After ending of our tenancy this Monday 17.07.2023, Their inspection, keys collection procedure etc. were really smooth and helpful. Moreover our deposit refund came in within 3 days, fastest time for refund from my experience of 2 decades with estate agencies. Companies shine and flourish with positive, kind, diligent and hard working professionals like Mr. Jatin & Mr. Bob, Or go down with bad and incompetent ones whose name I am not mentioning here. Ellis & Co should appreciate, promote and give raise to these fine gentlemen mentioned above. Many thanks ! With all best & blessings🙏🌟

GoogleI wish I can give zero stars. They won’t give back the holding deposit but for law they must have . They lied that they agree with my partner to give him back almost the full holding deposit but they never call him . Just lyres and no professional at all.
