GoogleI signed terms to sell my home with this company after a very good discussion with Ravi who gave me just the right information and how they operate. They were very proactive in selling my property with my neighbours even getting leaflets of the property as well as some really fancy art work done. They had it under offer within 4 weeks. Ravi's team gave me constant updates by email and calls and the property has now completed in time for stamp duty saving. GoogleTo whom this might concern, I would like to escalate a concern regarding your customer service. I have been patiently trying to resolve the issue regarding the broken boiler in the property I rent. I attempted to resolve the issue over the phone with Payal (Contractor), and later via email, however I feel that I have been met with miscommunication and rudeness from your employee. I feel offended by her sarcastic tone and find the way I have been responded to be inappropriate customer service. I hope this will be looked into and dealt with.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI have had very good service from Ellis & Co Wembley in regards to letting my property with them over the last year. The whole process was dealt with utmost care and attention. My calls are always answered which is important to me. Recently there was a need for the tenants to contact the maintenance team and Jatin emailed me over all the details and worked through rectifying everything using their tradespersons. GoogleProfessionalism in the field, patience with the demands of clients. I really liked the way of communicating the solutions and the existing variants depending on the situation. I am not a specialist in the field but I understood immediately what possibilities I have, what kind of house I could rent and especially what obligations and what rights I have. Very important in a long-term relationship that is based on fairness on both sides. It was our first house where we moved to the UK and we didn't know anything. We were disoriented. This changed when we were assisted by Ellis & Co Wembley Central Estate and Lettings Agents. Many thanks and success. 30.10.2020 After one year what can I say? Only good things. At Ellis & Co Wembley Central Estate there is a solution for any problem that arises, administrative or financial. It was a more difficult year and although the situation was desperate I found help, understanding and solutions to overcome these moments. I can only thank the Ellis & Co Wembley Central Estate and Lettings Agents team of professionals, as I did 12 months ago. Thanks again and success. See you next year.

GoogleJust wanted to update on my previous review. I recently worked with the sales team to sell the flat I had previously rented with the Ellis team. The sales team coordinated everything from start to finish. They had an offer in the table within 1-2 weeks of showing the flat. The were meticulous in finalizing all the activities to the final sale. Highly recommend these folks. These folks are awesome!! Helped me with a flat renovation and then found a tenant for me. Their work, attitude and commitment is of the highest standard. Highly recommended!

GoogleIf there was s negative stars I would have given. This branch of Ellis and Co is just a no go. The diversity is not there, all workers from one community only and all are rude.

Sahil, firstly you are not even registered with us and secondly your message has racist undertones and on that basis we would prefer you not call our agency again. We employ the right people for the job the fact that they are from a particular community is purely by chance. At the same time I would argue that we have a diverse work force.
