NO ONE replies, NO ONE available on the phones.... NO ONE or anyone there gives a dam with selling anyone a house... Lies, Lies and more lies... You telephone them and your told that there is NO ONE in Birmingham's office to sell you a home.... or an apartment.... They a very swanky office in Birmingham City Centre and yet it seems NO ONE works there..... Why does it not allow me to put no stars on here......

Worst letting agents, they charge you their own prices out of nowhere. They never responded to emails unless chased and never fixed property issues in 20 months.Look somewhere else if you need a good property agent, was my first time with them in 12 years renting in London.

Had a couple of issues in the flat I am letting, boiler and entrance fob not working. The property manager (Daniel Lloyd) in charge has been brilliant in getting both solved very quickly. Communication from him has also been very good. Impressed by the service received.
