So DisappointingHaving used KF to manage the renting of my house since 2017 I had to cease the arrangement when the property manager failed to respond to calls and emails for six months. The subsequent inability to coordinate and execute the closure of the account demonstrated a lack of communication and of supervision by management. This was exemplified by the lack of a response from the Customer Experience Manager when contacted. They were pleasant to deal with but you have to make the running

Vinoath (Vinny) Selvakumar and his colleague Oliver Hepplewhite provided me (a vetaran Central London Landlord with almost 30 years of letting experience) with outstanding service and excellent responsiveness. Vinny and Oliver helped to efficiently and effectively negotiate with my long-term tenants to renew their 3-year lease at a decent market rate, despite the tenants' reservations.Tip: would KF please provide their teams with overseas clients & landlords a work mobile phone that has WhatsApp installed, for easier cross-border communications? KF & I used emails and team would ring me back on my mobile, but I was travelling for business in January, so Vinny & Oliver could have saved KF some $ if they were provided with work phones with WhatsApp installed on it.

Isobel did a fantastic job from the first time I contacted the office to view another apartment. She used her initiative, showed me an apartment I had not asked to see but she thought would be suitable. When it was taken off the market she remembered 12 months later and reached out to both parties and managed after much hard work and her pro-active approach to get it over the line creating both a delighted buyer and a delighted seller.

Ivanka proved very professional, prompt in dealing with requests and issues, very curious and cheerful lady, not least she found me a wonderful tenant paying the asking price. Other estate agents were getting me below asking price and not able to find a high calibre applicant. Moreover, without her I would have found this tenancy agreement very exhaustive and stressful. I rent the property from KF, it was good in the beginning however after I moved in lots of problems need to fix. The property manager is very hard to contact and I was being locked outside of flat for many hours because the lock is damaged. Moreover, every time ask them to replace or repair at least takes few months. KF has many nice properties, the only thing that matters is hope it doesn’t get wrong
