GoogleI would steer away from these people. I would give a zero star if I could. They wait until the last time to send the tenancy agreement (we receive ours just two days before moving) full of abusive clauses that they are not willing to change nor remove so they force people to accept it, as at that time we had already hire a moving company and gave notice to our previous Agent. After moving we discover that the house has a pipe with Asbestos, the Agent did not tell us anything (they claimed they did not know...)

GoogleThis agency is very quick to take your money, sign you up, but then leave you without necessities such as hot water for over 3 months. The landlord had a no approach attitude and the issue got so desperate, I held the rent to force a solution. Thank god for the TDS or I would have lost my whole deposit thanks to the landlords dirty tac tics. The worst case of hand washing I have ever seen, so long as they get your cash, they couldn't care less.

GoogleWe experienced great service with viewing our rental property and locking it down with a deposit, but after this we didn't receive any correspondence. Despite paying a lot of money for admin fees and reference checks, William H Brown were unable to complete referencing in 1 week and in fact took over 2 weeks. We did not receive our tenancy agreement until the day we moved in, and were disappointed to not receive responses to emails asking where the document is and when we can expect it. In the end I did not hear back from any of my emails and our plans for our move in day were completely thrown off due to the agency being unable to do their job. Will not be renting through this agency in future.

GoogleHaving had some trouble letting with previous agents due to carelessness and poor work ethic I was dubious to start renting again, I was surprised to meet such hardworking and dutiful people who made me feel like they was on my side and did everything they could to get me in to the property with as little bumps in the road as possible! special thank-you to Charlotte and Nathan a credit to not only William H Brown but all lettings agents in Welwyn.
