GoogleI made an appontment with agent by the name of Charlie to view a flat. He never showed up. I texted him and he didn’t reply. I called the office and they said they would investigate and call me back but they never did. Very odd.

Googleservice was ok.....certain information like chain was involved wasn't informed to me and that was disappointing. If I had known I wouldn't have gone for this flat. John Dhillon did do his best and tried to help but certain situations wasn't in his control. Over all I liked the fact the every week I was given an update. Thanks

FacebookVery disappointed to say the least with this estate agent. We called about 3 weeks ago to visit a property in Welwyn garden city (2 bedroom flat above dominos in the town centre). We had to chase three times to try to get a viewing - which we never managed to. We have now moved on and bought another property with an estate agent which was more proactive and organised the viewing in no time. No need to say that if I was the owner of that flat, I would really reconsider staying with Haart, who doesn’t seem to be bothered organising viewing this property.
