Once we'd agreed the purchase, Charlie and Tony did a good job of keeping us updated and helping drive the sale through, although most things were out off their hands.

Offering but not forcing him to use their mortgage adviser or legal services, as some other Welwyn agents had, meant he was able to shop around and get a good deal on both. Chris, in particular, made sure the whole process ran smoothly, with weekly updates, staying on contact with both sets of solicitors and chasing things through. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who was looking to sell or buy in the area, their service was second to none!

GoogleI was very pleased with the service I received. I mostly dealt with the branch manager Tony Mitchell. He was as good as his word and kept me informed of progress making recommendations as required. The sale did take longer than I had hoped and we had to drop the price but to be fair articles in the national press saying that the housing market was dropping in value did not help.
