GoogleTotally incompetent. Unable to process rental payments due to us for 5 months claiming they are bouncing despite us providing them with up to date bank details repeatedly. Avoid!

GoogleUnfortunately my review of Connells has changed since my initial interaction with them. At the start they were very helpful. However, we have had an on going Toilet and Shower problem, and Connells just haven't been able to finalize the repair. We're going on 2 months with a toilet problem and 1 month with a Shower problem, and still no sign of a fix to the problem. All this is made worse by the fact that the bathroom facilities are shared by 5 family members. I'm pretty sure Connells will come through (that is not in doubt), however the time taken to get problems resolved is just poor at this stage
