GoogleThings were off to a bit of a rocky start, however all issues are now resolved. Communication from the agency is good and the internal system they use for repairs/reporting issues seems to work fine. No problems with payments and the agents are all friendly and professional.

GoogleWe recently bought a property advertised on Belvoir website. Chris communicated with us all the time, phones always answered promptly and efficiently. We were in a chain of 6 which isn't the easiest to handle and maintain. However, Chris always solved any queries immediately. On completion day, we received a great Welcome Pack which was full of essentials when you move house. Thank you.

GoogleI have been a tenant through Belvoir for 2 years and have had a good experience. Carlie Hillas has always been really quick to respond to issues I have had and takes proper ownership. The maintenance issue portal is helpful too.

GoogleWould totally recommend Belvoir as an estate management company. Really happy with the service received whenever there were any maintenance issues. Carlie Hillas, who has been our property manager is always very quick to respond and help resolve issues.

GoogleBelvoir offers a fantastic customer service and excellent communication between agents and tenants. Further on DAVINDER was very helpful and quick in response. When I went to one of there office in welwyn garden city's the agents were very friendly and attentive. I personally recommend to students if they want to move hassal free .

GoogleRented from them a few years ago. Had a poor experience. I actually left a review then and they called me almost immediately to tell me to take it down. So they ignored our emails/calls but immediately saw that review? Poor service for renters and would not recommend.
