We have recently moved quite some distance across the country but the whole process was made a lot easier by the good work of Your Move. We came to view a house with Bethany which was not for us but she proceeded to go out of her way to find us a handful of other properties which might have been suitable and we ended up choosing one of them which we are very happy with. All the inevitable 'little problems' since moving in have been dealt with immediately by Bethany and we could not be happier with our decision to use Your Move! Faultless service from start to finish. From my initial phone through to exchanging yesterday, the service I received was fantastic. I called everyday with different requests and each time, both Tom and Joe in the office were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Sophie took over our account and called daily to give me updates and even chased the sellers on our behalf on her days off. I couldn't of asked for more. But the dedication and personal attention of Victoria gave me the reassurance and support I needed through a difficult period. Tom Austin, one of the Sales Team, was excellent. His communication along every step of the way could not be faulted. Tom worked hard to showcase as many housing options as possible, along with showing how some 'not immediate' properties could fit the bill with some small extensions. Tom's willingness to listen to what we were looking for and his passion to find the right home was evident and, if we ever need to find a different home again, we will certainly be speaking to Tom.

Your Move were great with taking our money when we were trying to get into our old rented accommodation but have been useless since we left for a new letting agent. It's been 3 months since we left them and I've yet to hear about my deposit and every time I've tried to contact them, the people I need to speak to are conveniently unavailable and don't bother contacting me back. The landlord, Wayne, was an absolute joke, tried to make me take out a government grant to replace his boiler and now is asking for us to pay for things we never touched during our tenancy which were stated as untested on the contract, these things we had to to keep in storage for him, as the house was listed as unfurnished. If you are happy with people taking you're money and being useless when you need help, by all means go with them but I do not recommend Your Move one bit.
