We had a really positive experience with the estate agents we used through Rightmove. Tim, the salesman who came out to value our house, was knowledgeable, friendly and gave us great confidence from the start. He took the time to explain the process clearly and provided a realistic and helpful valuation. Throughout the sale, Georgia in the office was our main point of contact and she was excellent. She was always professional, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Georgia kept us updated at every stage and made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother and well managed. Overall, the whole experience was handled very professionally and efficiently. We would definitely use them again and would happily recommend their services to others.

I've just used Your Move Wellington to sell a property and the service was A+ from start to finish. Tim came around to inspect and take photos and was extremely friendly, gave me some great tips to help sell the property and would respond to any queries I had very quickly and professionally. Once the property was Sold STC Georgia really went above and beyond the expectation to make sure the sale went through. We had some trouble with the conveyancing and Georgia would constantly be phoning up to move things along and was always available to help. Honestly could not have asked for more and Georgia put up with me ringing frantically trying to sort problems and would even check in during days off really showing commitment to making sure the sale went through and I was happy. Thanks to the team Anthony, Tim and Georgia were all superstars but especially Georgia for getting it over the line!

My brother and I have just used Your Move Wellington to sell our late parents home. From the moment we had the valuation from Tim we felt comfortable. No cheesy estate agent spiel and no hard selling, just honesty. We got a really good vibe from him and from that moment on we knew our house sale was going to be in safe hands. The property details were great and we were really impressed with how they presented the house. The listing went live on a Friday and by Monday we were sold for the asking price!! How impressive is that? Georgia was absolutely brilliant in keeping us completely informed at every single stage of the sale. We really felt like she was on our side and we had someone fighting our corner for us. It was INVALUABLE. She is super friendly too and towards the end of the sale she pushed hard for us to get the sale over the line. I could not recommend Your Move enough. Trust them with your house sale, you won't regret it!!

Tim and Georgia were brilliant with the sale of my parents house. Tim listed the property very quickly and it sold quickly too. They assisted my Mom throughout the sale up until completion to make things as smooth as possible. Georgia also went above and beyond by bringing paperwork to my Mom at home for her to sign, after having surgery and wasn't mobile for a few weeks. We have just completed and moved into our new home and couldn't be happier with the service from YourMove. Apart from the initial visit from Tim to spec the place out and take pictures, Georgia has dealt with us from first viewing right up until we collected keys. She has been absolutely fantastic! She kept on top of solicitors on both sides throughout, provided regular updates and was always at the other end of the phone (never waiting on responses to emails etc) we would highly recommend Georgia and her team and wouldn't hesitate to contact YourMove in the future should we ever (I hope not) move again!

I have just recently sold my house using Your Move Wellington. On enquiring Tim came out and valued my house for me, he was very charismatic and knowledgeable. I had another 2 different estate agents out but picked this one due to Tim and how I felt comfortable with him and there was no pressure from him. Awful service first of all we went to view a property told us to wait outside we did for 20 minutes and the rang to be told to knock on the door and the people living there atm will do the viewing. The poor lady had no idea she was doing the viewing either. Then we was told we was the only people to view the property filled out the paper work then got a email just saying we got declined the property. Rang them asking for a reason to be told it was given to someone else. Won’t be using them again

We engaged Your Move Wellington following a very disappointing experience with another major local agent. Tim came out to value the property and immediately helped us to feel more positive about selling, explaining their approach and offering sound advice. Sophie was an absolute star, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. All communications were prompt and informative, and after 4 weeks we'd had 4 times more viewings than in the 12 weeks with the previous agent and are sold subject to contract. I would not recommend Your Move Wellington based on my experience. After I sold a property previously handled by them, inaccurate personal information appears to have been supplied to a third party and relied upon. This resulted in an energy account being opened in my name for a property I no longer owned, which later led to debt collection contact. I have repeatedly tried to resolve this through calls, emails, a formal complaint and a Subject Access Request. Despite this, I have not received an explanation and there has only been a very limited response. Your Move / LSL also publicly indicated, after my Trustpilot review, that they wanted to resolve the matter. I provided the requested contact details, but nothing meaningful followed. This is a matter that could have been resolved much more easily with proper communication. Instead, there has been a continued failure to engage. I have now referred the matter to the ICO and The Property Ombudsman. I would still much prefer Your Move / LSL to contact me and resolve the issue properly, but in my experience the branch rarely answers the phone, messages are not returned, and the same applies to their head office and associated company LSL. I would gladly amend this review if Your Move / LSL now engage constructively and put right what has gone wrong. Unfortunately, after almost three months of inactivity, unanswered messages and no substantive resolution, I have little confidence that this will happen without continued escalation. In my opinion, the communication, accountability and complaint handling have fallen far below the standard any customer should reasonably expect.
