GoogleWe worked with Mannley's office in Wellington, Telford for viewing properties after our current home was Sold STC with another Estate Agent. We found it a pleasure to work with Mannleys due to their vast local knowledge, experience, and unhurried with no pressure approach. All their staff were so upbeat and enthusiastic to help us find our next home. Their communication was amazing with quickly calling/emailing us with opportunities and any new instructions. Lydia especially has been just fantastic with so much energy, and there was never any post-mortem on our viewings feedback. She just quickly lined us up another viewing. Thank you Lydia for truly understanding our needs. We would also like to thank all of Mannleys support staff for the attended viewings. They all knew the property & locality inside out, thus were able to answer all our questions. No pressure - they let us view at our own pace. One of Mannleys owners "Chris Mann" attended one of our viewings - a really nice high quality new build 2 bed detached. We didn't make an offer, but Chris was very gracious in our feedback, and also generous in his time with a good chat afterwards. A extremely nice personable businessman who certainly has a firm handle on the property market and it's movements. Thank you Chris. We wished we had Mannleys manage our current house sale. GoogleWe recently purchased a new home through Mannleys and the way that they dealt with the transaction was amazing. Danielle kept us and our solicitor informed as to what was happening from their end, and chased up the vendor for us to complete the sale as quickly as possible. She even accommodated us to do some measuring of the empty property while we were passing through the area at short notice. Well done Danielle, we cannot recommend you more highly, and you should get a bonus for the way you worked in this sale.

GoogleMannleys were very understanding and moved quickly for me after I had delayed their appraisal twice. I'd not finished the work and wanted them to see the property at its best. They would have saved me money if I'd let them see it ar the earlier stage as I replaced some white goods that I didn't need to.

When our tenant gave notice, Kerrie very quickly organised viewings and a shortlist of potential new tenants for our property, as well as closing down utility accounts etc. In the end our new tenant was occupying the property within two weeks of the previous tenant leaving, meaning that we had virtually no loss of income as well as minimal utility bills to pay during the unlet period. Very good service.

GoogleCurrently in a position of viewing properties to buy and so far the communication with Mannleys has been the worse of all the estate agents I’ve dealt with. Putting in viewing requests via rightmove and not getting a response. Phoned up and was on hold, then would ring, then back on hold. Guy who I spoke to even put the phone down on me before I’d finished talking which I found very rude.

The lack of communication from the sales team was rude to say the least Have the nerve to explain a situation, nothing worse than being ignored and avoided I have vowed never to use this company again , I would rather be homeless than give them a penny of my money

Couldn’t recommend enough!!! We purchased and sold with Mannleys. Everything was delayed due to COVID-19 and we had many hiccups along the way. GoogleWith moving being one of the most stressful things you can do we really couldn’t have it without the help of Mannleys. Christian went above and beyond to ensure communication in chain was chased for us when solicitors wouldn’t respond in a timely manner. Even up until the moment of getting the keys the process was by no means smooth with our chain however Christian did everything in his power to help us. Hand on heart I don’t think we would have ended up moving without the support. Buying/selling is not just listing your house online - the fee you pay includes the service and communication you also get. In this case the value for money was second to none. Updating my review as I had a very promising start to purchasing a property last week and then on Tuesday everything got turned upside down after a terrible attitude from a member of the Mannley's team.I received a call from management today with a sincere apology and they offered lots of help to get my deal back on track and also said I could have Jane as my point of contact from here on as she was fantastic to deal with on my earlier interactions. I've updated the review from 1 to 4 stars because of the positive reaction from management doing their best to diffuse the situation and genuinely being concerned about my experience.
Good afternoon, after reviewing your review on here we have investigated and can see that you were booked in for a viewing on Saturday and then later changed your viewing to Tuesday at 10am. The viewing was booked for a specific time on Tuesday, not between 10am-1pm and we apologise if you misunderstood this. An email of confirmation was sent to you with the time specifically stating 10am Tuesday. Within your first phone call you were given an apology for not receiving a reply to your email sent over the weekend to Jane, however Danielle was able to answer your questions whilst on the phone there and then for you. She also offered to ring the tenant and check if it would be ok for you to visit at 12pm, which was the time you advised you would be able to attend. Unfortunately the tenant of the property had made other arrangements and had already waited in from 10am so was unable to do the viewing at a later time. We will be communicating with the seller and the tenant to rearrange this viewing, as was discussed on the phone and will be in touch soon. Once again we can only apologise for any confusion and we will do what we can to enable you to view the property.
