We were recently served an eviction notice as the landlords wanted the property back, which was a huge shock after living in our home for four years. Mannleys took over the management of the property two years ago following the passing of the original agent and the collapse of their business.
Throughout their time managing the property, Mannleys have always been attentive and helpful. When we received the eviction notice, they went above and beyond to support us in finding a new home. We have recently sold our property with Mannleys after them being recommended to us by a work colleague and I can honestly say they are worth their weight in gold.
As first time sellers we didn't know what to expect but from the initial valuation, to having photos taken, booking in 9 viewings in 2 days and seeing through the sale for us including chasing parties for updates, they have been fantastic and we can't praise them enough.
They are also very knowledgeable on the housing market as their valuation was perfectly realistic compared to another company we were considering.
A special mention to Jo, Jane and Lydia who are just so lovely and have been amazing for us - our buyer has even commented on how responsive and helpful they have been throughout the whole process as we were up against a tight deadline for moving and they have helped as much as they can with that!
