What a service!!!This was the first time I have used Mannleys to sell a property and I was blown away by the service I received. Not only did they get my property on the market super fast but they also sold it for full asking price in just 2 WORKING DAYS!!! I recently used Mannleys for the sale of a property in Telford. Aaron came to do the valuation, immediately understood the situation and was able to advise accordingly. Within a few weeks I had accepted an offer, Danielle really helped mediating the price discussion in a really professional way. Ashleigh kept me fully up to date during the searches/contracts period with regular emails and phone calls. Its little wonder these green and pink boards keep popping up all over Telford! These guys aren’t the cheapest around, but I can honestly say I feel it has been money well spent.

I cannot fault this team. From the very beginning, they have been super-efficient, answered all questions, have shown to be completely on the ball and have delivered an exceptional service over the last 6 months. We took a bit of a gamble as they were slightly more expensive, but it has been worth every penny. Emails are answered promptly, issues are dealt with straight away and knowing that your property is in safe hands is worth its weight in gold. GooglePoor communication and a frustrating experience overall. Calls regularly went unanswered along with emails ignored yet when you call from a different number they miraculously answer. They are far more interested in protecting the landlord than their tenants. If you have the option of another letting agent, I would strongly recommend considering them instead.

They were the key people in getting the sale through in time for us to qualify for the free stamp duty (a huge saving for us).
