GoogleWhen I walked in I was instantly given a warm greeting, I sat down and had answers for all of my questions I had regarding purchasing my first house. She was was extremely patient with me and was very considerate.

GoogleHad a very bad experience, not happy with Chris . Wasted our time to buying new property with this company. Very slow agent and rubbish customer service. Not happy completely disappointed.
I am sorry you feel disappointed, but we think this review is very unfair. Chris worked incredibly hard between you and the vendor, in 2 weeks you didnt supply us with your choice of solicitors to get the sale instructed and the vendor was away so we couldnt accommodate your second viewing. We strive to keep our customers happy so if you would like to discuss this further I would be happy to speak with you privately Thank you

She was friendly but professional, and clearly very hard working and experienced. She kept things moving forwards with the solicitors, and updated me regularly, in trying times during lockdown.
