GoogleExtremely professional and informative initial valuation and pitch with lots of interesting market insights and data. Very fast and friendly service with photos taken and up for sale quickly. Chris our estate agent was extremely supportive and always very friendly and responsive throughout the process. Couldn't think how the service could be any better.

GoogleUnfortunately we have had a terrible experience with this estate agent, 1.poor communication from, 2.staff dealing with buyers that are not trained and giving buyers wrong information, 3.house viewing in 8 minutes 4.information given to us was misleading and lead to lost sale and lost money from our side more precisely 800£ 5.we have received MOS without the buyers actually signing a contract with theyr solicitor which lead us to reserve a new property which we have now lost

GoogleGreat service, from initial appraisal of the property and likely sale value (which was spot on) to finding a buyer in a proceedable position and then updating/chasing relevant parties throughout the sale process. All members of staff were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.
